In it's current stage of development it is not the most compatible emulator but has support for gamepad and fullscreen. I was able to play 5 out of 6 random games with no issues.
D-DGEN is a 'stereoscopic' Sega Genesis / MegaDrive emulator. Basically it emulates dual screens (See images). As for the emulator, it has good compatibility, excellent sound, save states, and more. On the down side it only supports keyboard input.
Gens is very compatible with support for about 97% of all Genesis games.
Gens/GS is a version of Gens maintained by GerbilSoft. The main goal of Gens/GS is to clean up the source code and combine features from various forks of Gens.
A Sega 32x emulator, written in Java.
Originally coded for Win 9x, but ran well under Win XP. Has an echo effect feature for the sound that really enhances the music. Well worth a download.
